Sneekweek fair

The Sneekweek fairground is known as one of the most enjoyable in the Netherlands. The merry-go-rounds, car scooters, shooting gallery, oliebollenkraam and dozens of other attractions make it a real family fair. In addition, it is the fair with the most spectacular attractions in the province.

For example, one of the highest Boosters in the Netherlands is present again and by popular demand the Around the World will be placed again. This is a windmill that allows you to float to a height of sixty meters and then enjoy a breathtaking view of Sneek and its surroundings.

Free hour for people with disabilities
On Mondays, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., people with mental or physical disabilities (with a companion) can enter the attractions for free. Would you like to take advantage of this? Then report with your companion at 12:45 p.m. at the poffertjesalon. Tickets will be handed out there.

Wednesday : Low-incentive fair on Hard Seal Day
On Wednesday, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., there will be a "low incentive fair. The music will be turned off and fewer lights will be on. For this purpose, the carnival will open two hours earlier on Hard Sail Day than on other days. This will make it possible for everyone to celebrate fairgrounds during the upcoming Sneekweek.

Also for the smallest guests
The Sneekweek fair is a real family fair and therefore there is also plenty to do for the youngest fairgoers. Of course the beautiful, nostalgic merry-go-round will be back, as well as the Salto Trampoline, the Lucky Duck, where you can catch ducks, the rope pulling and other fun games.
