Watergate Race 2024

On Saturday, June 8, the 2024 Waterpoortrace will be sailed on the Sneekermeer. After the Hurdsilerij and the Skûtsjes Ûndernimmersdei, where the SKS skûtsjes 'host' employees or relations of companies or organizations, the Waterpoortrace is a serious test towards the SKS championship.

All fourteen skûtsjes are present. The organization, in the hands of the Wedstrijdcommissie Sneek lays out a race course. There is a morning race and an afternoon race. Here they compete for the coveted Dicky van der Werf cup, which will be awarded to the winner at the end of the day.
