At Empatec, we believe that everyone can contribute and that work brings happiness. At work, you meet people, feel appreciated, and have the opportunity to grow. As a social work-training company, we offer a workplace where our skilled workers are motivated to work every day on services such as woodworking and metalworking, assembly, packaging, landscaping, and painting. At the same time, we help people facing greater challenges in the job market take steps toward regular employment and contribute to their job satisfaction. During guided tours led by our Ambassadors—employees who have faced barriers to employment—you’ll get a unique behind-the-scenes look. You’ll see our metal workshop, packaging halls, and other departments, and hear inspiring stories about personal growth and social inclusion. In this way, we make an impact not only through materials and projects, but above all by offering people opportunities and prioritizing job satisfaction.
