BabyPLEED collects local Frisian wool that would otherwise be destroyed or exported. In a community of wool workers, they turn it into baby blankets. 

Discover how Frisian sheep’s wool is given a new lease on life during the exhibition “A Wealth of Wool” by babyPLEED. Wool that would otherwise be lost is transformed into sustainable and warm baby blankets.

During the exhibition, volunteers will demonstrate various crafts, such as washing, carding, spinning, knitting, crocheting, weaving, and felting. This gives you a glimpse into the entire process, from raw wool to a handmade blanket.
