Elfmeren Bike Tour

A 50-, 100-, or 150-km bike ride—a great way to prepare for the 11 Cities Bike Tour. 

In 1967, the Elfmeren Bike Tour was organized for the first time by the RTC Rally cycling club from Sneek. The Elfmeren Bike Tour guarantees a fun-filled day of exercise, with a beautiful route along the Frisian lakes through idyllic countryside. Everyone is welcome: young and old, cyclists (with or without electric-assist bikes), and scooter riders.

The next Elfmeren Bike Tour (59th edition) will take place on May 1, 2027. 

The Elfmeren Bike Tour, a classic touring event through Friesland since 1967, offers three distances.

Because safety is our top priority, we recommend that all (road) cyclists wear a helmet, and of course: Follow the instructions of the traffic marshals and, of course, obey the law and the rules of common decency.
