In this session we go inward through sound to bring out the inspiration that spring brings us and give it the space to bloom.

On Saturday, May 2, you can enjoy a Soundbath led by Nienke, a professional singer and experienced sound facilitator with a deep connection to music and harmony.

With loving intentions, singing bowls and various instruments, Nienke creates a cocoon of sound that invites you to completely relax.
Letting go of everything for a moment and surrendering yourself to the soothing harmonies.

In a safe environment you can experience not only the calmness, but also the depth of your emotions and memories.
Sounds can be a powerful mirror, giving us insight into hidden shadows and patterns.
You may discover parts of yourself that demand attention; the sound will support you in exploring this inner journey.
This can range from joyful memories to confronting that which you may have forgotten.
During the sound journey you may discover that you can release more than muscle tension, and this can have a liberating effect.

I have years of experience guiding sound journeys, both individually and in groups.
Music is not just a passion for me; it is a lifelong journey in which I have always sought harmony in sound.
After a conservatory degree, I shifted my focus to sound experience, combining knowledge and intuition to create a safe space for relaxation, letting go and personal growth.

I cordially invite you to attend this warm and valuable experience.
Bring your own mat, blanket and pillow if you wish, and come with an open heart and mind.

All you have to do is lie down and receive.
We will conclude the sound journey with delicious tea and something sweet.
