Horse-and-Carriage Tours

Cultural sightseeing tour through Sneek by horse-drawn carriage. When it’s cold, we have heated blankets and pillows from Nikki Amsterdam available for you. Depending on which horses are available, we’ll ride with 1 or 2 Friesian horses. The tour lasts 45–60 minutes. We’ll pass by historic buildings, and we’ll tell you about them along the way. A break is scheduled so you can buy an ice cream.

If you’d like to add tea, coffee, cookies, and Beerenburg, there’s an additional charge of €12.50 per person.

Starting in mid-September, we offer evening rides with illuminated carriages and horses upon request.

If you’d prefer to ride on a different date or with a larger group (up to 8 people), please contact us.

Location
The tour departs from the glass recycling bins on Boschplein in Sneek. There is ample parking available here.

Important to Know
We may be late due to heavy traffic. Please wait patiently until we arrive. The tour will take place if at least 2 people sign up. A maximum of 4 people can participate. In case of rain, very strong winds, or other adverse weather conditions, the ride may be canceled. In that case, you’ll receive a refund for the ticket.
