Library Café: Digital Safety

Every click, purchase, and message leaves a digital trail. That’s why digital security is more important than ever. How can you make sure your data is properly protected? What should you look out for in suspicious emails? And why are strong passwords and two-step verification so important? During this Bieb Café, you’ll get practical tips on digital security. You’ll learn how to better protect yourself against threats like phishing, how to handle your data safely, and why it’s wise to update your software regularly. There will also be time during the session to ask questions. You’re always welcome at the Library’s Bieb Café every week. Stop by for a cup of coffee or tea, a chat, and some friendly company. The Bieb Café is for anyone who enjoys meeting people, wants to get out of the house for a bit, or just wants to join in. There’s often something extra going on, such as an activity, a discussion, or a creative morning. Admission to the Bieb Café is €2.
