About Open Jewish Houses | Houses of Resistance
Open Jewish Homes | Houses of Resistance is an annual program of memorial events in homes, stores, schools and other places where Jews and resistance fighters lived and worked during World War II.
In living rooms, in the attic, behind counters and between sliding doors, you will meet victims, survivors and resistance fighters. Who were they? How did they live? Where did they hide? And what became of them? With the dwindling number of living eyewitnesses, the urgency of sharing these stories is growing.
