Sneek 500 years Merchant City: Children's afternoon with old and new Dutch games

As part of Sneek 500 years Merchant City, a children's afternoon with old and new Dutch games and activities by Circus Salto will be organized Friday afternoon, September 12.

On Friday afternoon the center of Sneek turns into one big play paradise! There are various old and new Dutch games that are supervised by volunteers. Come from 14.00 to the Oud Kerkhof, Marktstraat, Leeuwenburg, Schaapmarktplein and Wijde Burgstraat and join in! Suitable for young and old alike.

Will you win a game of shuffleboard, ring toss or chess? Test your speed with stick catching or living table soccer. Or your balance with hoops and pedalo. There is a twist mat, Jenga XXL, Cheese Game and Four in a Row XXL. So plenty to play! Cirus Salto is also present on the Schaapmarktplein with various activities.

The afternoon is free of charge. Some games can be played by yourself, others are under the supervision of volunteers. The afternoon is from 2 pm to 6 pm.

Also fun: at 19.00 hours starts the Streetparade through the center of Sneek and there is an extra shopping evening. This activity w ill also be organized in the context of Sneek 500 years Merchant City. The whole weekend there are various activities. Check sneek.nl/500years for the whole program.
