Want to take a break from everyday life? Surprise your friends, family, or coworkers with a sound bath for a group of up to 17 people.
This sound experience is all about relaxation. You don’t have to do a thing. Just lie back, listen to the sounds, and let yourself be carried away by the voice, singing bowls, and other instruments. Step by step, your body will relax and your mind will grow still.
The sound bath is led by Nienke de Heer, a professionally trained musician and sound facilitator. The session takes place in a small church just north of Sneek. Upon request, it’s also possible to hold the sound bath at your own location.
This activity is intended for a group. It is not possible to attend as an individual. You can book for the following day until 6:00 p.m. the evening before. It’s also possible to book for another day by arrangement. Please contact us at +31614664116 to make arrangements.

Important to Know
Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring a blanket or pillow. Mats and blankets are provided.
