Sound Massage Course

This professional sound massage is focused on relaxation. On the first day, you’ll learn how to use singing bowls and mallets. Step by step, you’ll practice the basic sound massage, which forms the foundation of the Peter Hess method. On the second day, you’ll give and receive a complete sound massage. 

You can use our singing bowls and mallets. They are also available for purchase. The course book, which includes in-depth information and a diagram of the sound massage, is free.
