Winter exhibition Gallery Offingawier

Gallery Offingawier cordially invites you to the winter exhibition of painter Gert-Jan Veenstra. This winter Veenstra takes you into his world of paintings, drawings and impressions that show the magic of the season and the versatility of his inspiration. Eye-catcher is the painting of the Waadhoeke, which was previously made for art route Open Stal and is now on display in the gallery for the first time. In addition, you will find new works that pay homage to Amsterdam, exactly in the year the capital celebrates its 750th anniversary. Step inside and experience how he brings Friesland and Amsterdam together: the vast silence of the countryside versus the lively dynamics of the city.

Be enchanted by ice fields, snow landscapes and winter skies, but also by summery impressions of the Sneekermeer and the ever-changing Wadden area. Veenstra's work in oil, acrylic and ink shows the seasons at their most beautiful. The exhibition can be visited this winter during the regular opening hours of Galerie Offingawier or by appointment.
