Winter Walk
On Sunday, February 1, there will be a winter walk focusing on waterfowl. The walk will be held at the Griene Dyk in Sneek. and starts at 10:00 a.m. and lasts until noon.

The starting point is at the parking lot at the recreation area De Potten near the Sneekermeer. The IVN nature guide is Janny Postma and you can register with her at jannypostma747@gmail.com. The polder lands of the Sneekermeer are flooded in winter. Potskar-Sud is a true magnet for water birds, which we can have a good look at from the Griene Dyk. Put on your walking shoes and bring your binoculars for a fascinating hike. Participation in the excursion is free.
