Ysbrechtum Sings
Spending an hour together in the middle of summer, singing wonderful songs. That’s the goal of “Ysbrechtum sjongt.” This year marks the fourth edition, taking place on Wednesday, August 5, at 7:30 p.m. in the village church of Ysbrechtum.

Church organist Auke Buma will accompany the “classics” on the program. A summer surprise awaits everyone at the end. Admission is free. The collection taken at the exit is not for the church but for the Frisian gruttoland—specifically, “Ljippelân Warkum” this year.
“Ysbrechtum sjongt” is organized by the Protestant congregations of Ysbrechtum, Tjalhuizum, and Tirns. But of course, everyone from the wider area is welcome, including vacationers. When is it again? Wednesday, August 5, on Hardzeildag.
