From 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the center the Shanty Festival Sneek held by the Foundation Uit in Sneek. Various shanty choirs will perform their repertoire of sea shanties at various locations through the center of Sneek. These locations are the Marktstraat, Oude Kerkhof, the Schaapmarktplein and location Grootzand, at number 35-45.
