Three women from IJsbrechtum, Tirns and Tjalhuizum.
The title refers to the legend of the three farmers' daughters who are said to be the namesakes of the villages of Tirns (Teuntsje), Ysbrechtum (Brechtsje) and Tjalhuizum (Tjaltsje).
